Our story
Kim Conti founded Kiddie Krate as a busy, working mom trying to balance spending quality time with her kids, work, and manage her household. She recognized the vicious cycle so many parents face trying to organize, cleanup, and manage the toys her children owned. At the same time, she’d see her kids climbing over mounds of toys not spending time playing with them or each other. She talked to countless parents and recognized this is a pervasive issue.
By building Kiddie Krate she hopes to reduce the the clutter in American homes by minimizing the toys that cross the threshold to begin with. She also hopes this company makes an impact on global consumerism and helps protect the environment for future generations. She believes this product and service company will revolutionize our relationship with toys, deepen the bonds we have with kids, and make a global impact.
In her day job, Kim is a VP, Product at a voice technology company based in Manhattan. She leverages her experience in startups, SaaS, and the investment community to build a business she is passionate about. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, three kids, and all of their a little less clutter.
